Spring events

The best of springtime events are four major events.

A Viranata invites you to experience and meet up with Bonifacia’s biodiversity. In the company of experts and enthusiasts, this weekend marks the start of renewal and the celebration of a territory that is awakening. Holy Week in Bonifacio is an opportunity to discover the fervor of its inhabitants through the processions of the five brotherhoods. Thursday polyphonic concerts take you on a journey through the history and culture of our island. Finally, the De Renava contemporary art biennial invites you to a dialogue between artworks, architecture and nature, offering paths of discovery, reflection and contemplation, offering alternative visions of Corsica, the Mediterranean and the world of tomorrow.

This spring, join Stéphanie and Jean-Jacques Lovichi as they help you discover the delicate flowers and plants that dot the Bonifacio landscape.
With them, you’ll learn to recognize the poppy, the nepita, the immortelle, and discover their best-kept secrets. They’ll explain every facet of distillation, from picking to making.

On the other side of the room, artist Morgane Buzzo opens the doors of her art gallery! And invite you to join her in making a sculpted paper flower. The challenge: transform a simple sheet of paper into an art object. You don’t need to know how, Morgane will guide you. All you have to do is sign up and bring your curiosity. The rest is paper, glue and… fun!
