Whether on its open-air terrace overlooking the harbour entrance or in its very elegant dining room, built from Bonifacio stone and featuring magnificent olive wood tables, chef Laurent Broussier (former head chef at Fouquet’s and the Palais Maeterlinck, where he was awarded multiple Michelin stars) offers you a gourmet menu and exceptional daily specials, drawn from an excellent selection of locally sourced produce via short supply chains and a permaculture garden. Everything is homemade and the flavours are worthy of the finest restaurants. From saddle of lamb in a gingerbread crust to aubergines à la Bonifacienne, locally caught fish baked in the oven and lobster pasta, this is culinary art at its finest and comes highly recommended. Its pastry chef, Karine BROUSSIER – formerly of PIÈGE, Lucas Carton and Ledoyen – will also delight even the most discerning palates with her desserts, which skilfully blend sweet and savoury flavours.
