L'Associu U Scontru, in two words: Passing on and Learning. Passing on the Corsican language by speaking it, singing it and accompanying it on guitar.
The first part of the evening will feature extracts from the record by Surghjenti'ni, a young Corsican group made up of teenagers aged 8 to 13.
This concert is the fruit of 4 years' work by the adults of 'I Maiori', who perform Corsican canzoni with passion.
This artistic project culminated in the recording of a CD this year by Éditions-Productions Ricordu.
