Stéphanie and Jean-Jacques Lovichi welcome you to their cellar, a veritable showcase of flavours inspired by the Corsican maquis. Passionate about local plants, they create handcrafted liqueurs from carefully selected harvests: bright poppies, wild nepita, golden immortelle...

In a warm atmosphere reminiscent of an apothecary's shop, each bottle reveals a unique flavour. Visitors can indulge in a variety of flavours, from sweet melon and sunny clementine to gourmet chestnut.

A speciality not to be missed: Bailey's creamy creams, revisited with a Corsican touch, for an incomparably sweet taste.

L'Orée du Maquis is the perfect address to extend your discovery of Bonifacio, a friendly place where authentic flavours are revealed and where each bottle becomes a precious souvenir to take home.

These tastings take place every other Thursday until September (check all the dates by booking).
Price: €15/person (free for children under 12).
Duration of tasting: 1h30.
