Wine tourism:
The experience begins with a visit to the cellar of the Zuria organic wine estate.
You then go to the plot of vines surrounding the cellar to discuss the vines, soils and terroir.
The experience continues with a tasting of 4 wines in the cellar.
The guide trains you in winemaking and all production processes, from grape to bottle, but will also discuss the history of the estate, the family and viticulture in Bonifacio.
