As part of its "Odyssey" programme, the Water Family - Du Flocon à la Vague association is organising a day of eco-citizen action called the "Megothon".
The aim of the day is to raise awareness among young and old alike of the need to protect our natural environment through practical, friendly action. The morning will be devoted to collecting cigarette butts, followed by an eco-citizen picnic on Balistra beach for lunch.
Programme for the day:
-Collect as many cigarette butts as possible on the beach of your choice!
The participants who collect the most will win prizes donated by Biodélice Porto-Vecchio.
Don't forget to bring gloves and the necessary equipment for the collection.
-1pm: Eco-citizen picnic on Balistra beach!
Meet up on Balistra beach.
Everyone is invited to bring their own lunch to share.
This time of conviviality will be punctuated by :
-The presence of committed sports champions,
-live music,
-Educational stands set up by the Corsican Sailing League,
Awareness-raising activities and games led by the Water Family.
Free and open to all, no registration required.
