Indeed, after a rewarding visit to the Bastion de l'Etendard, what could be better than a lunch stop at the Auberge Corse? If you're a fan of Corsican cuisine, this is the address for you: aubergines à la bonifacienne, an assortment of cold meats and cheeses... In a warm, woodsy atmosphere, you can almost smell the fresh mountain air. To perfect its name, there are evenings with Corsican songs every Wednesday, Friday and Sunday evening, from 7pm to 11pm.
