Nestling in the hollow of Sant Amanza, the herb garden is a special place in Bonifacio. Marc Ceselia and Charlène Melou grow mainly edible flowers and aromatic herbs here.
These flowers, grown with love, and a few vegetables, are used to make unusual products with surprising and addictive flavours: chutneys, mezzés and flavoured oils. Charlène and Marc work the land according to the rules of permaculture, and have recently set up a laboratory that allows them to experiment and produce on site in the spirit of sustainable agriculture.
