Stéphanie and Jean-Jacques Lovichi welcome you to Bonifacio for a unique workshop combining nature, tradition and traditional craftsmanship.
On the programme for your experience:
- Guided picking: Learn to recognise and pick immortelle in the area around Bonifacio, equipped with the necessary materials.
- Secrets of production: Immerse yourself in the magical atmosphere of their cellar and discover the steps involved in transforming this plant into flavoursome liqueurs and digestifs.
- Gourmet souvenir: Leave with a small personalised bottle of liqueur, the fruit of your participation.
This workshop includes :
- The equipment needed for picking.
- Processing at the workshop.
- A small bottle to take home with you.
This workshop does not include :
- Transport to the picking meeting point and back to the winery.
Practical info:
Duration: 4 hours.
Price: €40/person (free for children under 12).
Participants: 6 people (excluding free children).
Meeting point: Bonifacio cosec, at 8am.
Travel arrangements: Bring your own vehicle to the picking site before returning to the winery.
