If you're a lover of delicacies, the Sorba patisserie has some sweet surprises in store for you. Like the patisserie on the port, you'll discover 8 different varieties of Canistrelli, 5 varieties of fugazzi, the famous bread of the dead, ritually prepared for All Saints' Day, which is now a classic Bonifacian cake. Doughnuts and brucciu tarts, chestnut flour and orange blossom specialities are just some of the sweet treats you can sample in the tearoom.
