The beach at Rundinara (Rondinara in French), with its rounded shape, is one of the most magnificent on the island.
It lies 18km north of Bonifacio, in the direction of Porto-Vecchio. Leaving the main road, you will take a narrower, more winding road for 7 km. The bay is one of the most beautiful beaches in Corsica. It is shaped like a rounded shell, with two points that almost seem to touch. Protected as if in a small inland sea, the water is calm and turquoise, and the beach of fine sand slopes gently downwards. Here you can hire mattresses, kayaks, etc... or even take a break at the restaurant.
As well as swimming or lounging on the beach, you can also add a short stroll... in which case there are two signposted paths through the scrubland.
Pay car park. No-smoking beach.
Don't forget that you are in a nature reserve, the Bouches de Bonifacio. Respect the rules posted on the signs and take all your rubbish with you.
