Bonifacio, the picturesque capital of Corsica, famous for its citadel, cliffs and breathtaking seascape, awaits you for an atypical discovery, at your own pace.

Arrive at the airport and transfer to your 4* Hôtel de charme accommodation in a van with private driver. You’re free to stroll through the hotel’s landscaped garden or spend time by the pool. Chef Lionel Lebrun proposes a gastronomic Bonifacian menu, using produce from his own kitchen garden or local produce.

Overnight half-board in a charming 4* hotel.

Day 2Discover the limestone cliffs
and the citadel

After a gourmet breakfast, you’ll set off along the Campu Rumanilu coastal path to discover the beauty of Bonifacio’s limestone landscape. Pierre will accompany you with Christophe, a mountain guide, who will open the doors to a biodiversity interpretation site.

This day is all about lazing around. You can choose to head to Bonifacio for a stroll around the Marina and go shopping for souvenirs or Corsican culinary specialties.

It’s a day dedicated to authentic encounters through visits to atypical farms. In the morning, meet Vincent Buzzo. He takes care of his vines using phytotherapy. He’ll show you around his estate, then invite you to taste his three-color wines. Lunch is served at Potager en herbes, an unusual garden run by Charlène and Marc. They grow edible flowers, fruit and vegetables in their permaculture kitchen garden. After tasting a lunch box from the A Cheda hotel restaurant, you’ll visit their farm and discover the chutneys, mezzés, flavored oils and other fabulous products the couple invent in their laboratory.

Day 5Hike to the Madonetta lighthouse and visit an organic fruit and vegetable producer

After breakfast, you’re off on a hike guided by Antoine, a mid-range mountain guide. Starting point: the Ermitage de la Trinité, then a walk along the Strada Vecia trail where white stone walls and viewpoints alternate with prolific endemic vegetation. This excursion takes you to the superb Madonetta lighthouse. You then join Thibault Belanger, who has prepared a spuntinu (traditional snack) based on products from his farm. This organic farmer then takes you on a tour of his ancestral farm buildings.

In the evening, you’re free to dine on the marina or return to your hotel.
