This website and all its content, including text, photos, databases and images, are the property of the Office Municipal de Tourisme de Bonifacio and are protected by copyright. In application of the law of March 11, 1957 (art. 41) and the intellectual property code of July 1, 1992, any partial or total reproduction for collective use, by any process whatsoever, is strictly forbidden without authorization from the Bonifacio Municipal Tourist Office.
The Office Municipal de Tourisme only authorizes you to view its content for personal and private use, to the exclusion of any public viewing or distribution.
Authorization to reproduce is granted only in digital form, enabling you to view it on your computer using your Internet browser.

It does not have any particular legal value, and the Office Municipal de Tourisme de Bonifacio accepts no liability for it.
Furthermore, the Office Municipal de Tourisme de Bonifacio cannot be held responsible in the case of erroneous information, such as accommodation rates, when this information concerns a service provider who has failed to inform the Office de Tourisme of any changes.
