Bonifacio Town Hall and its Municipal Tourist Office are offering a creative family workshop based around the Mission Odyssea exhibition. Led by Fiona Tachnini, cultural mediator and guide-lecturer, this creative workshop invites young and old alike to discover how ancient Greek was written on clay tablets.
Participants will have the chance to handle the 'calamus', an ancient writing instrument, and learn about this fascinating script, while learning about the history of Ancient Greece. A fun and enriching experience for all the family.
At the end of the workshop, each child will leave with his or her first name proudly written in the language of Ulysses, a precious souvenir of this moment of discovery.
Suitable for children aged 5 and over.
