CONCERT BERTRAND CERVERA

A native of Bastia and a graduate of the Paris Conservatoire, Bertrand Cervera has established himself as one of France’s leading violinists. After honing his craft under Yehudi Menuhin and the Amadeus Quartet, he joined the Paris National Opera Orchestra, then the Orchestre National de France, where he was appointed concertmaster by Maestro Kurt Masur. As the founder of the Sorru in Musica festival, he now performs on the world’s greatest stages. Following a memorable first evening in Bonifacio in 2022 featuring the works of Vivaldi, Bertrand Cervera returns this summer, accompanied by highly talented musicians, for a festive concert dedicated to the finest film scores. Under the stars, within the ramparts of Bonifacio, let yourself be swept away on a musical journey blending poetry, emotion, humour and suspense, in the unique atmosphere of the school’s forecourt.
