Description

Through a rich and diverse programme, Festi Arte transforms Bonifacio into a stage that opens out onto Corsica, the Mediterranean and the world. Traditional music, contemporary works and international artistic expressions come together here in a fruitful dialogue between cultures, generations and regions. Spread across two iconic venues in the Upper Town – the Halle de l’Arsenal and Saint-Dominique Church – the concerts will highlight the links between artistic creation and intangible heritage. With two concerts a day, the festival will celebrate the traditions, memories and cultural expressions that shape the identity of the peoples of the Mediterranean. The programme will also feature lectures, meetings, round-table discussions and opportunities to engage with the artists, fostering the sharing of knowledge and an openness to new artistic horizons.
