This year's president is Pierre Hermé, a leading figure in French pastry-making, and the patron is Emmanuel Renaut, a three-starred chef.
This exceptional event brings together a host of renowned chefs, including Mercotte, Noémie Honiat, Quentin Bourdy, Jean-François Têtedoie, Philippe Bernachon, Vincent Guerlais, Nadia Sammut, Christophe Marguin, Yann Couvreur, Merouan Bounekraf and Christophe Renou.
With 70% of the chefs new this year, the programme showcases the diversity, creativity and dynamism of today's gastronomic scene. It's a unique opportunity to meet these talents and many more to come. Stay tuned to find out more!
Discover the different areas of the festival:
- Da Cumprà - under the big top: stroll freely through the large producers' and craftsmen's market, a veritable showcase of Corsican terroir. Mature cheeses, subtle oils, distinctive wines, ceramics and tableware: each stall tells its own story.
- Da Manghjà - Saint-Dominique Church and the Espace Saint-Jacques forecourt: just a few steps away, this area invites you to take a gourmet break. With foodtrucks and tasty stalls, you can enjoy local specialities on the go in a relaxed atmosphere.
- Da Manghjà - Loggia de l'Arsenal: at the heart of the festival, chefs cook live before your very eyes with market produce. Watch, talk and enjoy... and extend the experience with Da Imparà's workshops and masterclasses.
- Da Imparà - Espace Saint-Jacques: a place dedicated to sharing where chefs offer workshops and masterclasses to discover their techniques and know-how.
- Da Campà - at the foot of the Torrione: show-cooking sessions and original duels between chefs and producers, in a festive and dynamic atmosphere.
- Da Campassi - in the garden of the Pisan quarter: the festival's tea room, ideal for a sweet break with home-made pastries and gourmet treats.
- Da Bìa - Pisan quarter: the festival refreshment area, a convivial place to cool off, share a drink and enjoy the atmosphere.
