It is at Bonifacio’s marina, sheltered from the wind, that the Albatros restaurant has chosen to set up shop. The story begins in 2021, with a new, gentle sensory journey on the intimate terrace overlooking the quays and sailing boats of Bonifacio harbour. The restaurant invites you to discover the flavours of the sea and the island’s local produce, as well as fresh, soothing colours and gentle or spicy aromas. A hedonistic journey, based on fresh, local produce from the Mediterranean and farms near Bonifacio. The ultimate goal: flavour.
