If you enjoy discovering new flavours, getting a feel for the culinary culture of the places you visit, meeting local people, having a natter and sharing… then you’ve come to the right place: the farmers’ market in Bonifacio. As well as the weekly markets held on Tuesday and Friday mornings, night markets now take place on several evenings in July and August. The dates are as follows: 8 and 22 July, and 5, 19 and 26 August. Spend an evening at the farmers’ market to savour the delights on offer. You’ll be welcomed into a warm and friendly atmosphere, with a wide range of locally grown, organic produce and Corsican crafts on offer. Do feel free to ask for advice and sample charcuterie, cheese, jam and other culinary treasures from our island!
