Discover Maxence Finidori’s farm, where he breeds Corsican Nustrale pigs in the hills above Figari, during a ride in a horse-drawn cart – a friendly and comfortable way to explore the farm. He’ll share his passion for this iconic breed with you, and you’ll even be able to stroke his pigs. The tour continues to a vantage point offering breathtaking views of the island’s far south. Finally, it’s time for a treat with a spuntinu featuring his AOP charcuterie, terrines, red wine, Corsican cheese and country bread. By booking only. Duration: 2½ hours.
