Discover Maxence Finidori’s farm, where he rears Corsican pigs of the Nustrale breed, in the hills above Figari, during a ride in a cart pulled by a buggy – a friendly and comfortable way to explore his farm. He’ll share his passion for this iconic breed with you, and you’ll even be able to stroke his pigs. The tour continues to a vantage point offering breathtaking views of the island’s far south. Finally, it’s time to indulge with a ‘spuntinu’ comprising his AOP charcuterie, terrines, red wine, Corsican cheese and country bread. By booking only. Duration: 2½ hours.
