Description

A 15-minute drive from Bonifacio Marina, simple, unspoilt beaches nestled amongst the maquis, a breathtaking view of Cavallo Island, and Sardinia in the distance. You don’t need much more than that to be happy! Here, there are five beaches in quick succession. But be warned: during the summer season, parking can be tricky. There are a few spaces along the road or in a small car park. Once you’ve parked, a short path leads you to one of the beaches at Cala Longa. You can then enjoy the turquoise sea, and perhaps grab a bite to eat at the nearby beach hut. If you fancy venturing a little further afield, simply take the little path on the right and, with the maquis on one side and the sea on the other, follow the coastline as it winds through the coves. Here, there are several coves in quick succession, much to the delight of lovers of unspoilt nature. Don’t forget that you’re in a nature reserve – the Bouches de Bonifacio. Please follow the rules displayed on the signs and take all your rubbish with you.
