Mariedo Ferracci’s artistic world draws its inspiration from natural landscapes, where light and colour create peaceful, contemplative atmospheres. This sensitivity to nature is complemented by a dreamlike quality, fuelled by dreams and surrealism.
Inspired by the Impressionists, the artist seeks to capture the beauty of a landscape, the subtlety of a mood and the strangeness of a dreamworld. Her work is based on a quest for harmony between forms, colours and rhythms.
Each brushstroke thus forms part of a balanced composition, giving rise to sensitive, poetic works that invite the viewer to escape.
