Description
Mario Piriottu is a filmmaker from Bonifacio who trained at the Ateliers Varan in Corsica. He explores both documentary and fiction, with a particular focus on life stories and human relationships. His stories tackle contemporary social issues and place a strong emphasis on Corsica, where the two films being screened at this film event are set.

In Bonifacio, Sofiane, an undocumented Moroccan who deals drugs to survive, crosses paths with Mika, a young man from Bonifacio from a well-off background, who is vulnerable and trapped by his addictions. They fall in love.
